The Brief: Cogent were tasked by BNP Paribas Real Estate to launch an exclusive new development in Covent Garden. This was BNP Paribas Real Estate's first residential development in the UK aimed at a varied and global audience of high net worth individuals,
The Solution: The first step was to create a modern and luxurious brand for the development, with full brand guidelines. We based the brand on the unique USP of the building shape. The supporting campaign and collateral drew on a key insight- ‘Above the hustle of the world’s most exciting city, find your sanctuary’. We developed a suite of materials to support the launch in the UK and in Hong Kong, including a full brochure set (development and floorplan), a fully responsive website, location and lifestyle photography, document folders, email set, digital banners, direct mail, site hoardings and lightbox displays for the launch event.
