Account Manager (Social)
What are we looking for
An individual who loves all things social! You will have a social first approach to create compelling and engaging content for always on activity and campaigns. A confident and credible account manager, you’ll also love building great rapport with clients.
The role
Working in our social (PR & social) team, you will report to our account director (with a dotted line to our head of PR). You will work collaboratively with others within the PR & social team, as well as team members within digital, account management, creative content production and marketing.You will be responsible for developing our clients’ social strategies, planning channel approach, content and execution.

Role responsibilities include:

Managing social strategy and approach
Responsible for providing best practice and recommendations for the agencies clients.
Delivering a great delivery service for our clients
Planning and delivery of day to day social, campaigns, content, and activity
Deliver engaging content; take a brief from the client and develop an engaging response
Analyse and evaluate results; monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, analytics, achievement of ROI
A financially healthy client relationship
Effective account/project management; enjoying the challenge of multi-tasking, judge creative ideas in terms of factual accuracy and relevance to brief, and progress work across the agency, liaising with multiple teams, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Be a part of a strong agency culture
Collaboration with colleagues across the agency to provide integrated solutions to clients
Support new business pitches
Proactive self-directed approach to continuous learning and development; keeping up to date with the latest emerging trends, and how this affects campaigns/content

Knowledge & experience needed
Excellent social media knowledge and experience
Excellent communication and writing skills naturally!
Creative thinker – to write varied, compelling, and engaging contentIdeally experience working across both B2B and B2C clients
Media relations/PR/Influencer knowledge and or experience beneficial
Experience and or knowledge of paid social would be beneficial
Confidence and credibility when dealing with clients (and suppliers)
Organised, efficient, and capable of handling multiple projects at any one time
Proactive approach to continuing professional development

Competitive salary (depending upon experience)
35 days' holiday (inclusive of BH's and agency Christmas closure) full time equivalent
