Who hasn't heard of the famous Aga cooker?
It’s been around for over 80 years and in that time has come to represent everything that is quintessentially British: village life, country cottages, black Labradors and high net worth individuals with lifestyles to match. But this is part of the problem. Aga appointed Cogent Elliott in May 2007 because we know about brands; how to launch them, how to re-position them and how to resurrect them. We persuaded the Aga company that the brand of the same name needed to be become relevant and contemporary to the consumer of the 21st Century. In other words, make the brand vibrant again. The campaign incorporates all mainstream marketing channels including advertising, DM, website and online communications, retail POS and literature and breaks this September in the run-up to the critical pre-Christmas sales period.
